Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Echo Foxtrot gin
- 3 oz. of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (or not)
- 0.25 oz of simple syrup
- Elderflower 1642
- Cucumber and mint
- Ice
Preparation:
- Fill a highball glass with ice
- Pour the gin, juice and simple syrup into the glass
- Add the elderflower and mix with a spoon
- Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and a mint head
- Sit in the sun and enjoy!
