Ingredients 

  • 1.5 oz Betchwan Gin
  • 0.5 oz of Sivo Rhubarb Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz of homemade ginger syrup
  • 0.5 oz of homemade strawberry syrup
  • 0.5 of lemon juice
  • 2 oz of Tonic 1642
  • 5 Blueberries
  • 1 orange chip

Preparation:

  1. Put the blueberries and syrups in the base of a shaker and crush them
  2. Add all other ingredients except tonic 1642
  3. Put the ice and shake the mixture
  4. Double strain into a cocktail glass containing an ice rock
  5. Add tonic 1642
  6. Mix gently
  7. Decorate with an orange chip
