Ingredients 

  • 2 oz Pomodoro Vodka Iberville Spirits 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 2 oz Clamato juice
  • 0.5 oz César Booster Prosyro
  • 0.5 oz Homemade cucumber syrup 0.5 oz Homemade coriander syrup
  • 2 Angostura features
  • 2 Worcestershire sauce traits
  • 5 to 6 basil leaves
  • Tonic 1642 with cucumber
  • Épices Argentina BBQ Québec Home-smoked salmon

Preparation:

  1. Make a rim around the glass with argentina spices from BBQ Québec
  2. Chop 5 to 6 basil leaves and place in serving glass.
  3. Add all the other ingredients to the shaker base except the tonic
  4. Fill with ice and shake the mixture
  5. Strain into a long glass filled with ice and insert basil leaves.
  6. Extend with tonic 1642 with cucumber
  7. Garnish with a slice of cucumber, a skewer of smoked salmon and a head of basil.
