Ingredients 

  • 1.5 oz Drambuie
  • 1 bar spoon Fernet Branca
  • 1 oz Fresh pineapple juice
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice
  • 3 Angostura features
  • 1 oz Tonic 1642 light
  • Orange zest

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in the base of a shaker
  2. Fill with ice and shake the mixture
  3. Double strain into a cooled bowl
  4. Lengthen with tonic 1642 light
  5. Garnish with orange zest
