Cranberry Rosée

If you want a distinctive cocktail, pink cranberry is an excellent choice.

Ingredients 

  • 1.75 oz Elements Gin Euclid Distillery
  • 0.5 oz Elderberry liqueur St-Germain
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz Pink pitaya syrup
  • Emulsifier
  • Tonic 1642 Elderflower
  • Pink Pitaya fruit slice

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in the base of a shaker
  2. Fill with ice and shake the mixture
  3. Double-strain into the base of a shaker
  4. Add the emulsifier and make a dry shake
  5. Pour into a cooled glass containing 2 oz. elderflower tonic 1642
  6. Decorate with a slice of pink pitaya fruit
