1642 Yuzu Cocktail

Ingredients 

  • 2 oz of Mugo gin from the Mitis distillery
  • 1 oz of lime juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 6-8 mint leaves
  • 2-3 pieces of cucumber
  • Top with 1642 yuzu

Preparation:

  1. Add all ingredients and ice to a shaker except the Yuzu and shake
  2. Strain into a cool glass and garnish with 1642 Yuzu 
  3. Garnish with a cucumber, a lime wedge and some mint
