Fizz your gin with Seventh Heaven gin and Tonic 1642!
Ingredients
- 0.5 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 0.5 oz homemade orange syrup
- 4 raspberries
- 2 basil leaves cut in half
- 2 dash emulsifier
- 1.5 oz Seventh Heaven gin
- 5 oz Tonic 1642 with pink grapefruit
Preparation:
- Place all the ingredients except the Tonic in a shaker.
- Do a dry shake, i.e. shake without ice for 8 to 10 seconds.
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
- Strain into a High Ball glass.
- Rinse your shaker with Tonic and toast your glass.
