1642 Floating Ginger 

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups of 1642 Ginger
  • 2 cups of raspberry sorbet
  • Food-grade gold leaf glitter for decoration

Preparation:

  1. Place four cups in the freezer for about 30 minutes to cool.
  2. Place a scoop of raspberry sorbet in the bottom of each cup or martini glass.
  3. Sprinkle with gold leaf glitter and let your guests cover with 1642 Ginger.
