White Sangria

White Sangria 1642

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 oz of lemon
  • 1/2 oz of liquid cane sugar
  • 3/4 oz Balzac Absinthe
  • 2 oz white wine, sauvignon blanc
  • 3 oz white cranberry
  • 2 oz of Tonic 1642
  • 1 sprig of rosemary

Preparation:

  1. Pour all ingredients except Tonic 1642 into a shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
  3. Strain into a large wine glass. Add ice and toast the glass with Tonic 1642.
  4. Stir gently with a mixing spoon.
  5. Slap a nice sprig of rosemary into your glass.
