2 oz of Rosemont Madame Gin Amour
1642 Elderflower Tonic Water
Fresh or potted cherry for garnish
Ice cubes

Preparation:

In a glass filled with ice, pour the gin
Shake with a spoon and extend with tonic.
Garnish with cherry.
