Gin Tonic with oranges from the Algarve

Published by Bastien Poulain the

Portugal's southernmost region, the Algarve, features not only some of the most spectacular beaches and cliffs in the world, but also fertile land covered with vineyards, olive groves and orange groves.

Great producer of wines and Ports, Portugal also produces some Gins, and I brought back the Orange Foxtale from the Algarve. On its own, you can really feel its aromas, a real delight! So I opted for a simple cocktail that highlights its flavours, without masking them.
