Ingredients 

  • Ice
  • The bottom of a jam jar
  • 1 oz of Quebec gin
  • Tonic 1642
  • A file

Preparation:

  1. Add ice to the glass
  2. Add the gin to the jam jar
  3. Mix
  4. Add the mixture to the glass
  5. Add tonic
  6. Mix again
  7. Add the lime
