Thyme and Cornflower Light Gin Tonic

Published by Bastien Poulain the

Thyme inspires summer... heat! Add a handful of Lac St-Jean blueberries and it's a one-way trip to the lakefront to sip your Gin Tonic! The touch of thyme adds a little bit of bitterness that goes perfectly with the 1642 Tonic Léger. We went all sweet on the sugar side to enjoy even more the flavours of the Gin.

Gin recommendation from 1642 Gin : we went for "London Dry" type gins, a bit "drier" in the mouth and that go well with a light tonic in sugar. Our choices: Côte des Saints Premium, Comont, Supersonic.
