Ingredients
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz rosemary-infused simple syrup
- 4 raspberries or strawberries or other berries
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1.5 oz of Quebec gin
- 3 oz white cranberry juice or white grape juice
- 3 oz of 1642 Tonic or 1642 Yuzu
Preparation:
- In a shaker, put all the ingredients except the 1642 Tonic.
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
- Pour the contents of your entire shaker into a large wine glass, and top with 1642 Tonic.
- Stir lightly to make the mixture homogeneous!
An Extra Trick:
I suggest you eat the fruits of your cocktail at the end, a bit like with a sangria... they will be soaked in the cocktail and therefore delicious!
