Rosemary & Strawberry Gin'to

ROSEMARY & STRAWBERRY GIN'TO

Ingredients 

  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz rosemary-infused simple syrup
  • 4 raspberries or strawberries or other berries
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 1.5 oz of Quebec gin
  • 3 oz white cranberry juice or white grape juice
  • 3 oz of 1642 Tonic or 1642 Yuzu

Preparation:

  1. In a shaker, put all the ingredients except the 1642 Tonic.
  2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
  3. Pour the contents of your entire shaker into a large wine glass, and top with 1642 Tonic.
  4. Stir lightly to make the mixture homogeneous!

An Extra Trick:

I suggest you eat the fruits of your cocktail at the end, a bit like with a sangria... they will be soaked in the cocktail and therefore delicious!
