Gunga Din

Did you know that there is a TIKI version of the Gin Tonic?

The Gunga Din is a cocktail flavoured with cardamom, an Indian spice, and is named after the poem of the same name written by English writer Rudyard Kipling in 1892. The poem is a story about an Indian servant who is despised by the English soldiers he serves with devotion, even giving his life to save one of them during a fight.
