A delicious summer cocktail, perfect for an aperitif in the water 🙂

Ingredients 

  • Mint leaves
  • 1.5 oz of white rum (here the Trois-Rivières CuvĂ©e de l'OcĂ©an)
  • 1.5 oz. mango juice 🥭
  • 0.5 oz of lime juice
  • 0.5 oz of passion fruit syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Rounds of lime
  • 1642 Light Tonic water

Preparation:

  1. Directly into a glass:
  2. Pour the white rum
  3. Pour in the mango juice
  4. Pour in the lime juice
  5. Pour in the passion fruit syrup
  6. Add Lime Rings and Ice Cubes
  7. Stir with a spoon
  8. Stretch with 1642 Light Tonic
