Ingredients
- 1642 Yuzu
- ¼ cup chopped cucumber
- ¾ oz. fresh lime juice
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- 1 ½ oz brewed matcha tea
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- Crush the cucumber pieces in the bottom of the shaker with a pestle
- Add lime juice, simple syrup and matcha
- Add ice cubes and shake vigorously
- Double-strain into a glass filled with ice cubes
- Lengthen with Yuzu 1642
- Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and serve with a straw.
