Ingredients

  • 1642 Yuzu
  • ¼ cup chopped cucumber
  • ¾ oz. fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz. simple syrup
  • 1 ½ oz brewed matcha tea
  • Ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Crush the cucumber pieces in the bottom of the shaker with a pestle
  2. Add lime juice, simple syrup and matcha
  3. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously
  4. Double-strain into a glass filled with ice cubes
  5. Lengthen with Yuzu 1642
  6. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and serve with a straw.
