A fruity and light cocktail recipe! Its freshness will transport you to a strawberry field on a sunny day. Served in a glass, this cocktail made with berry gin and our 1642 Tonic Light will please everyone, guaranteed!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz of NOROI gin with Quebec berries
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 spoons of strawberry jam
- 1 dash oflemon & lime bitters
- Tonic 1642 light
- Garnish: 1 bunch of basil
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker, except for the 1642 light tonic
- Add ice cubes and shake vigorously
- Pour into a wine glass
- Lengthen with 1642 tonic light
- Decorate with a bunch of basil.
