Preparation:
- Fill an old fashioned glass with ice cubes
- Pour the rum
- Pour in the pineapple juice
- Stir with a spoon
- Extend with 1642 ginger beer
- Garnish with burnt thyme and a slice of pineapple grilled on the BBQ.
