Summer Spritz 1642

Ingredients: 

  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. Bonne Maman apricot jam
  • 2 basil leaves cut in half
  • 2 oz of Island Sprtiz
  • 3 oz of peach nectar
  • 2 oz of Tonic 1642

Preparation:

  1. In a shaker, put all the ingredients except the 1642 Tonic.
  2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
  3. Pour your entire shaker into an Old Fashioned glass.
  4. High five with the Tonic 1642.

Decoration idea:

Slap a nice head of basil and place it on top of your glass.
