A very simple cocktail to make at home and which will be really perfect to taste during your next virtual aperitif.

Ingredients
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz of honey syrup
- 2 oz. Quebec Amaretto Avril
- 2 oz of orange juice
- 3 oz of Tonic 1642
Preparation:
- Pour all ingredients EXCEPT Tonic 1642 into a shaker.
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
- Pour your entire shaker into an Old Fashioned glass.
- High five with Tonic 1642.
Decoration idea:
- Put a dehydrated orange slice on the rim of your glass....
