Ingredients:
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- 2 tsp. Bonne Maman apricot jam
- 2 basil leaves cut in half
- 2 oz of Island Sprtiz
- 3 oz of peach nectar
- 2 oz of Tonic 1642
Preparation:
- In a shaker, put all the ingredients except the 1642 Tonic.
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
- Pour your entire shaker into an Old Fashioned glass.
- High five with Tonic 1642.
Decoration idea:
Slap a nice head of basil and place it on top of your glass.
