Ingredients
- 1.25 oz Aged Radoune Gin O'Dwyer Distillery
- 0.75 oz Calvados Boulard Grand Solage
- 0.25 oz Amaro Averna
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1 oz Homemade Prosecco syrup
- 4 to 5 pieces of pears
- 6 to 7 basil leaves
- 10 drops Vain Irish vanilla extract
- Tonic 1642 light
- Pear slices and basil leaves
Preparation:
- Place the Prosecco syrup and pear pieces in the base of a shaker and crush.
- Add all other ingredients except tonic
- Fill with ice and shake the mixture
- Double strain into an Old Fashioned glass containing ice rock
- Lengthen with tonic 1642 light
- Garnish with basil leaves and a pear slice.
