For fans of this classic, but who appreciate a less intense bitterness, the Parma Negroni is perfect.
Less powerful, more refreshing thanks to the addition of a sparkling tonic, it is a well-balanced cocktail.
Parma Negroni

Ingredients 

  • 1 oz of Beemer Distillery London Dry Gin
  • 1 oz of Amermelade liqueur
  • 1 oz pink grapefruit juice
  • 0.5 oz of simple syrup
  • 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • Tonic 1642 Pink Grapefruit
  • Ice

Preparation:

  1. In a shaker
  2. Add all the ingredients except the pink grapefruit and add the ice
  3. Shake the shaker well and pour the contents into a highball glass full of ice.
  4. Extend with Tonic 1642 grapefruit.
  5. Garnish with a slice of dehydrated citrus fruit.
