Ingredients
- 1 oz of Beemer Distillery London Dry Gin
- 1 oz of Amermelade liqueur
- 1 oz pink grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz of simple syrup
- 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Tonic 1642 Pink Grapefruit
- Ice
Preparation:
- In a shaker
- Add all the ingredients except the pink grapefruit and add the ice
- Shake the shaker well and pour the contents into a highball glass full of ice.
- Extend with Tonic 1642 grapefruit.
- Garnish with a slice of dehydrated citrus fruit.
