Ingredients 

  • 1 oz Chamre Rhubarb Liqueur Distillerie des Marigots
  • 1 oz Abel Gin
  • 0.25 oz Goldshlager Cinnamon Liqueur
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 1 oz. Mr. Cocktail Melon and Rhubarb Syrup
  • 1642 Yuzu
  • Trimmer

Preparation:

  1. Place 4 to 5 cubed strawberries in the base of a shaker and the syrup. Mash the strawberries
  2. Add all the other ingredients in the base of a shaker except the yuzu
  3. Fill with ice and shake the mixture
  4. Double strain into a cocktail glass containing an ice rock
  5. Lengthen with yuzu 1642
  6. Garnish with a strawberry
