If you like gin and fresh, aromatic flavors, you'll love this rosemary and gin cocktail.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin Mugo Citrus Distillerie Mitis
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1 oz Homemade rosemary and cherry syrup
- 2 oz Yuzu Soda 1642
- Rosemary and cherry sprigs
- Rosemary syrup: 350 ml sugar, 350 ml water, a few sprigs of rosemary, 6 crushed ripe cherries. Bring to the boil, simmer for 20 minutes, filter and cool in a bottle.
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients except the Yuzu soda in the base of a shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake the mixture
- Double strain into an Old Fashioned glass containing ice rock
- Garnish with a cherry and a sprig of rosemary
