Ingredients
- 1 cup of Puyjalon Northern Ruby gin liqueur
- ¼ cup of crème de cassis
- 1 cup of Quebec rosé wine
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 4 pinches of cinnamon
- A pinch of dune pepper
- 1 cup of berry juice
- 1 bunch of dark grapes
- A few slices of dehydrated lime
- Sprigs of fresh mint
- 500 ml of 1642 Elderflower
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- In a punch bowl, combine all ingredients except soda and ice.
- Let cool for one hour in the refrigerator.
- Add the 1642 elderflower, decorative limes, and ice cubes just before serving.
