  Ingredients 

  • 1 cup of Puyjalon Northern Ruby gin liqueur
  • ¼ cup of crème de cassis
  • 1 cup of Quebec rosé wine
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 4 pinches of cinnamon
  • A pinch of dune pepper
  • 1 cup of berry juice
  • 1 bunch of dark grapes
  • A few slices of dehydrated lime
  • Sprigs of fresh mint
  • 500 ml of 1642 Elderflower
  • Ice cubes

  Preparation:

  1. In a punch bowl, combine all ingredients except soda and ice.
  2. Let cool for one hour in the refrigerator.
  3. Add the 1642 elderflower, decorative limes, and ice cubes just before serving.
