Here's the Saveurs du Québec cocktail with Menaud vodka, which comes from Charlevoix and is simply DELICIOUS, and Tonic 1642 (an eternal favourite).
Ingredients
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- ½ oz. of camerise syrup
- 2 mint leaves cut in 2
- 1.5 oz of Menaud Vodka
- 3 oz of blueberry juice
- 4 oz of Tonic 1642
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- Place all ingredients except Tonic 1642 in a shaker.
- Add ice cubes and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
- Pour the entire contents of your shaker into a stemmed glass and top up with Tonic 1642.
- Tap a nice head of mint and place it on the cocktail.
