Here is the Taste of Quebec cocktail with Menaud vodka, which comes from Charlevoix and is simply DELICIOUS and the Tonic 1642 (a perennial favorite).

Ingredients

• ½ oz. lemon juice
• ½ oz. of camerise syrup
• 2 mint leaves cut in 2
• 1.5 oz of Menaud Vodka
• 3 oz of blueberry juice
• 4 oz of Tonic 1642
• Ice cubes

Preparation

1. In a shaker, put all the ingredients except the Tonic 1642.
2. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
3. Pour the entirety of your shaker into a stemmed glass and top up with Tonic 1642.
4. Tap a nice head of mint and place it on the cocktail.
