Ingredients

• 1642 Tonic Light
• 1 oz of Les Îles aperitif
• ½ oz of Portage gin
• Ice cubes

Preparation

1. In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour the aperitif and gin
2. Stir with a cocktail spoon
3. Strain (to remove ice cubes) into a champagne flute
4. Stretch with 1642 Tonic Light
