Ingredients
- 1½ oz of Les Îles aperitif
- 1½ oz of apple juice
- 1642 Elderflower Tonic
- Ice cubes
- Apple fan
Preparation:
- In a highball glass filled with ice cubes, add the aperitif and apple juice
- Lengthen with 1642 Elderflower Tonic
- Garnish with an apple fan
