Sweet Ginger

Ingredients 

  • 1 oz of maple liqueur
  • 1 oz of spiced rum
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 2.5 oz of apple juice
  • 0.5 oz of simple syrup
  • 5-6 dashes of orange bitters
  • 2-3 dashes of emulsifier
  • 1642 Ginger Beer
  • 1 sprig of rosemary

Preparation:

  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker, except for the ginger beer.
  2. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Extend with ginger beer.
  5. Decorate with a sprig of rosemary.
