Tonic & Tonic

Published by Bastien Poulain the

This crazy idea owes its colors to the post-holiday season. I wasn't in the mood for alcohol that night, so I tried adding some Quebec tonic syrup to regular tonic water. The result is a great, less bitter, easy drinking mocktail that will confuse any Gin & Tonic lover.
