Virgin Sour with Honey

For people who don't like alcohol or who simply don't drink it, but who love honey, here is a small ultra-refreshing mocktail that marries the taste of honey and the acidity of sour.
Sour-au-miel


Ingredients

  • 1642 Yuzu
  • ½ oz. lemon juice
  • ½ oz. lime juice
  • 1 oz. TRADITION Honey Simple Syrup
  • ½ oz. egg white
  • Edible flowers
  • Frozen pollen
  • Ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Add lemon juice, lime juice, honey simple syrup and egg white to shaker and shake dry (without ice) for 15 seconds
  2. Add the ice cubes to the shaker and shake again until the mixture is cold
  3. Place a few ice cubes in a glass (optional)
  4. Double-strain the contents of the shaker and pour into your serving glass
  5. Extend the contents of your glass by adding the 1642 Yuzu
  6. Garnish to taste with edible flowers and frozen pollen (optional)
