Ingredients
- 1.75 oz Norkotié
- 0.5 oz Triple Sec Les Iles
- 0.75 oz Pineapple juice
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 0.75 oz Homemade Raspberry Syrup
- Light or regular tonic 1642
- Pineapple chunks and leaves
Preparation:
- Put all ingredients in the base of a shaker except for the Tonic
- Fill with ice and shake the mixture
- Double strain into an Old Fashioned glass containing a rock of ice
- Lengthen with tonic 1642 light or regular
- Garnish with a piece of pineapple, a raspberry, and a pineapple leaf
