Ingredients 

  • 1.75 oz Norkotié
  • 0.5 oz Triple Sec Les Iles
  • 0.75 oz Pineapple juice
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz Homemade Raspberry Syrup
  • Light or regular tonic 1642
  • Pineapple chunks and leaves

Preparation:

  1. Put all ingredients in the base of a shaker except for the Tonic
  2. Fill with ice and shake the mixture
  3. Double strain into an Old Fashioned glass containing a rock of ice
  4. Lengthen with tonic 1642 light or regular
  5. Garnish with a piece of pineapple, a raspberry, and a pineapple leaf
