Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Mugo Gin - Citrus Mitis Edition from Mitis Distillery
- 0.5 oz Limoncello 3 Lacs
- 1 oz Just lemon
- 1 oz Homemade lychee syrup
- 1 Dashfire Orange Bitters
- Tonic 1642 with grapefruit
- A piece of grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary
Preparation:
- Place the siops and avocado pieces in the base of a shaker , except for the Tonic
- Fill with ice and shake the mixture
- Double strain into a second shaker
- Add an emulsifier and make a dry shake
- Put 2 oz of Tonic 1642 with grapefruit in a cooled bowl.
- Pour the mixture into the bowl
- Decorate with a piece of grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary
