Ingredients 

  • 1.75 oz Betchwan Gin
  • 0.5 oz Sivo Peach Liqueur
  • 1 oz Just lemon
  • 0.75 oz Prosyro grapefruit syrup
  • 0.25 oz of homemade ginger syrup
  • 0.5 oz coconut cream
  • Tonic regular light gold 1642
  • A maraschino cherry, a homemade ginger confit, and ahead of mint as garnish

Preparation:

  1. Add all ingredients to the bottom of a shaker, with the exception of the tonic
  2. Fill with ice and shake the mixture
  3. Double strain into a cocktail glass containing an ice rock
  4. Extend with Tonic with cucumber 1642
  5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, a ginger confit, and a head of mint
