Ingredients 

  • 2 oz of Gin Km12 with cucumber
  • 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz Homemade basil syrup
  • 0.5 oz Homemade ginger syrup
  • 4 to 5 pieces of avocado
  • 4 to 5 Basil leaves
  • 1642 Cucumber Tonic water
  • 2 shots of Bitter Cardomom (optional)
  • For garnish: 1 pencil-shaped piece of cucumber

Preparation:

  1. Put the siops and avocado pieces in the base of a shaker and crush them
  2. Add all other ingredients except 1642
  3. Fill with ice and shake the mixture
  4. Double strain into a cocktail glass containing an ice rock
  5. Lengthen with Cucumber Tonic 1642
  6. Garnish with a pencil-shaped piece of cucumber
