If you're looking for a delicious summer drink, look no further. Vague de fraîcheur combines the sweet, fruity taste of lychee, the acidity of grapefruit and the freshness of Récif gin from the Marigots distillery.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Reef Gin
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1 oz Lychee syrup
- Grapefruit segments to obtain about 0.25 oz grapefruit juice
- Tonic 1642 with grapefruit
- Lychee fruit, grapefruit supreme and mint leaves
Preparation:
- Place the grapefruit segments in the bottom of the shaker and crush.
- Pour in all remaining ingredients
- Fill with ice and shake the mixture
- Double strain into an Old Fashioned glass containing ice rock
- Lengthen with Tonic 1642 with grapefruit
- Garnish with lychee fruit, grapefruit supreme and mint leaves.
