Ingredients
- 1.25 oz Gin Récif Distillerie des Marigots
- 0.75 oz Liqueur de gin Charme à la fraise Distillerie des Marigots
- 0.5 oz Lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Lime juice
- 0.5 oz Homemade pistachio syrup
- 0.5 oz Homemade vanilla syrup
- Tonic 1642 light
- 3 strawberries to crush
- Strawberry and half a lemon slice
Preparation:
- Place the 3 diced strawberries and syrups in the base of a cocktail shaker. Mash strawberries
- Add all the other ingredients except the tonic
- Fill with ice and shake the mixture
- Double strain into an Old Fashioned glass containing ice rock
- Lengthen with Tonic 1642 light
- Garnish with a strawberry and half a lemon slice
