This fruity cocktail is simply sublime.
Ingredients
- 1.75 oz Gin Pamelo Distillerie Subvertifs
- 0.5 oz Triple sec Les lles
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1 oz Homemade kiwi syrup
- 4 to 5 Strawberry mint leaves
- 5 drops orange blossom water
- 1642 Yuzu
- Lemon pieces and strawberry mint leaves
Preparation:
- Mix ingredients in the base of a shaker
- Fill with ice and shake the mixture
- Double-strain into a second shaker
- Add the emulsifier and make a dry shake
- Pour into cooled bowl
- Decorate
