Flamboyant Flamelo

This fruity cocktail is simply sublime.

Ingredients 

  • 1.75 oz Gin Pamelo Distillerie Subvertifs
  • 0.5 oz Triple sec Les lles
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 1 oz Homemade kiwi syrup
  • 4 to 5 Strawberry mint leaves
  • 5 drops orange blossom water
  • 1642 Yuzu
  • Lemon pieces and strawberry mint leaves

Preparation:

  1. Mix ingredients in the base of a shaker
  2. Fill with ice and shake the mixture
  3. Double-strain into a second shaker
  4. Add the emulsifier and make a dry shake
  5. Pour into cooled bowl
  6. Decorate
