A delicious mojito, perfect for enjoying local products.

Ingredients
- 2 oz white rum from Montreal Distillery
- ¾ oz juice the lime
- ½ oz. strawberry tails syrup
- A few strawberries stacked
- Mint leaves
- 1642 Cucumber Tonic water
Preparation:
- Mash strawberries with a pestle or spoon.
- Place all ingredients in a large glass filled with ice.
- Top with the delicious tonic with cucumber from 1642
- Mix! It's ready! 😋
