- 2 oz. Coconut rum St. Mary's rum
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- 1 oz lime juice
- mint leaves
- top with tonic 1642
Preparation:
- Add ingredients to a large glass.
- Mix well.
