L'Éclat de Soleil is a cocktail where the yellow color refers to a ray of light in a glass. It's also a reference to exotic flavors.
The base for this creation is Distillerie 3 Lacs Passion Fruit Vodka, a Quebec spirit that captures all the richness and vivacity of this tropical fruit. This vodka sets the tone for a unique taste adventure. Chinola mango liqueur amplifies the tropical experience with an intense, fruity sweetness. This spirit, made in the Dominican Republic, is a luminous yellow. It blends harmoniously with the vodka, adding interesting depth.
The blend's secondary ingredients are lemon juice for its acidity, which balances the homemade pineapple syrup and Chinola liqueur. Drops of Vain vanilla and ginger essence add aromatic complexity.
Yuzu 1642 soda adds a refreshing finish with its subtle yet distinctive yuzu taste.

Ingredients 

  • 1.5 oz Passion Fruit Vodka Distillerie 3 Lacs
  • 0.75 oz Chinola mango liqueur
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz Homemade pineapple syrup
  • 5 drops vanilla essence - Vain ginger
  • Mango skewer Rosemary sprig
  • 2 oz Yuzu Soda 1642

Preparation:

  1. Place ingredients in the base of a shaker, with the exception of the soda.
  2. Fill with ice and shake the mixture
  3. Double strain into a chilled bowl containing a sphere of ice and 2 oz. of Yuzu 1642 soda.
  4. Decorate with a mango skewer and a sprig of rosemary.
