Japanese Citrus

Immerse yourself in the world of Japan with the "Agrume du Japon" cocktail. It's a sensory invitation where Japanese traditions and exotic touches merge to create a delicious blend.
The aromatic base represents Gin Roku, a true reflection of Japanese savoir-faire. Its production is based on the concept of shun, the art of harvesting each ingredient at its optimum ripeness, to extract its full aromatic richness. This is illustrated in particular by the use of an emblematic citrus fruit: yuzu. Yuzu zest, harvested at the perfect moment, gives this gin its unique citrus touch. In addition to yuzu, the recipe includes five other Japanese botanical ingredients: sakura flower and leaf, Sencha tea, Gyokuro tea and Sanshō pepper. Each of these ingredients is carefully selected and prepared, and undergoes artisanal distillation.
This cocktail strikes a balance between fruity and tropical flavors thanks to the use of Humble Melon liqueur from Distillerie du Quai, which expresses a fruity sweetness. The combination with Roku Gin creates a light, modern nuance, while the coconut rum adds a tropical edge that softens and complicates the overall mix.
Secondary elements in the blend are lemon juice and house-made lychee syrup, which adds a refined, fruity note. Yuzu 1642 soda is used to lengthen the blend. Kumquats, meanwhile, are used as garnish elements, bringing a real sparkle to the cocktail.
This cocktail is an invitation to an ephemeral, yet surprising and refined experience.
