Terre En Éveil

Terre en éveil is a cocktail whose flavors are inspired by the spring awakenings of our terroir. It will lead you straight to discoveries that inspire freshness and subtlety.
At the heart of the cocktail, Distillerie Terre à Boire's Terre à Boire Gin offers a refined base, characterized by herbaceous and floral notes that recall the first stirrings of the awakening earth. Distillerie Arsenal's Liqueur Agrumi adds a burst of citrus that balances perfectly with the other ingredients.
The secondary ingredients in the blend are lemon juice and the addition of homemade rosemary-cherry syrup. This last ingredient reveals an unexpected marriage between the natural sweetness of cherries and the aromatic freshness of rosemary. Two dashes of Amer Kebek Forêt then add a subtle, complex bitterness. Mint leaves enhance the blend's freshness, while crushed ground cherries add a fruity edge.
The light tonic 1642 lengthens the whole blend, while providing a delicate effervescence that allows each note to unfold fully. Finally, the garnish, composed of two ground cherries and a raspberry, concludes this creation with an irresistible visual and gustatory touch.
Let Terre En Éveil tempt you with a unique and authentic taste experience!
