Délice Fruité symbolizes a cocktail where the harmony of flavors represents an unforgettable sensory story. Each ingredient has its own place, creating a bold, balanced blend.
The cocktail opens with the refined presence of Euclid Distillery's Elements No. 1 Gin, which lends its fruity notes. This subtle base is joined by Dry Curaçao J.P. Ferrand. This spirit is a skilful blend of Curaçao bitter orange peel, enhanced by refined spices, and sublimated by the influence of cognac and a touch of brandy. This complex blend gives Dry Curaçao J.P. Ferrand unique aromatic depth and undeniable elegance. Finally, Chinola passion fruit liqueur creates an irresistible tropical aspect. This exceptional Dominican liqueur captures the authentic, tropical essence of passion fruit. Its manufacturing process, which respects local and sustainable methods, confers remarkable intensity and complexity. On the palate, there's a perfect balance between natural sweetness and well-controlled acidity.
The secondary ingredients are lemon juice, a homemade vanilla syrup, which combines perfectly with the spicy edge of homemade cinnamon syrup. The addition of authentic passion fruit enhances the intensity of the flavor, creating a perfect bridge between the fruits and spices of the blend.
Light 1642 tonic lengthens the cocktail with a delicate effervescence, while two dashes of Peychaud's bitters add the finishing touch.
