Embellish your lunches, dinners, or even your confinement dinners with this Gin-o-Plampo, 🍹🍹🍹 a gin-to with grapefruit, honey and rosemary.

Ingredients 

  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1.5 oz of BleuRoyal gin
  • 1/2 cup fresh grapefruit juice
  • Tonic 1642
  • Ice cubes
  • Grapefruit wedge
  • Rosemary

Preparation:

  1. Squeeze the juice from the grapefruit with a citrus press.
  2. In a shaker, add
  3.  ice cubes,
  4.  gin,
  5.  grapefruit juice,
  6.  honey
  7.  a few sprigs of rosemary.
  8. Shake the shaker briskly for 30 seconds.
  9. Strain the contents of the shaker into a glass using a cocktail strainer to avoid pulp.
  10. Add ice cubes.
  11. Complete with tonic.
  12. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and a sprig of rosemary.
