Embellish your lunches, dinners, or even your confinement dinners with this Gin-o-Plampo, a gin-to with grapefruit, honey and rosemary.

Ingredients
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1.5 oz of BleuRoyal gin
- 1/2 cup fresh grapefruit juice
- Tonic 1642
- Ice cubes
- Grapefruit wedge
- Rosemary
Preparation:
- Squeeze the juice from the grapefruit with a citrus press.
- In a shaker, add
- ice cubes,
- gin,
- grapefruit juice,
- honey
- a few sprigs of rosemary.
- Shake the shaker briskly for 30 seconds.
- Strain the contents of the shaker into a glass using a cocktail strainer to avoid pulp.
- Add ice cubes.
- Complete with tonic.
- Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and a sprig of rosemary.
