Ingredients
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz. orgeat syrup
- 1.5 oz of Brum Barnston
- 3 oz of red cranberry juice
- 2 oz of 1642 Light Tonic
Preparation:
- In a shaker, put all the ingredients except the 1642 Light Tonic!
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
- Pour the entirety of your shaker's contents into a stemmed glass.
- Top with 1642 Light Tonic.
- Stir with a spoon to make the cocktail more homogeneous.
Decoration idea:
Put a slice of dehydrated orange on which you will rub with beet to give it a very nice red color.
