This twist on the classic Gin Tonic is inspired by the flavours of one of Asia's most popular desserts, mango sticky rice. The tropical taste of the mango perfectly matches the gin, you close your eyes and feel like you're really on vacation!

Ingredients for 2 cocktails
- Juice from two limes
- Mango puree
- 2 oz of simple syrup
- 3 oz. St. Lawrence Citrus Gin from Distillerie du St. Laurent
- 3 oz of coconut water
- Ice cubes
- About 3 oz of Tonic 1642
- Edible flower and juniper berry for decoration
Preparation:
- Put the mango puree and ice cubes in the bottom of the glass
- Add lime juice, gin, coconut water and simple syrup in a shaker
- Shake and pour into glass
- Add tonic 1642 to lengthen
- Brew
- Add an edible flower
- Taste
