Ingredients
- 1642 Yuzu
- 2 oz Romeo's gin or Ketel One Cucumber & Mint Vodka
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- Minty*
- A few slices of fresh lemon
- A few thin slices of cucumber
- Ice cubes
*Tip: Tap the mint leaves in your hand to release their aromas.
Preparation
- In a glass, add a few mint leaves, cucumber slices, lemon slices, gin (or vodka) and the simple syrup
- Mix with a bar spoon
- Fill the glass with ice cubes
- Lengthen with 1642 Yuzu
- Garnish with a bunch of mint and a slice of lemon
